Our delivery service covers major administrative regions across Australia, including but not limited to:

Pricing Structure and Fees

The total amount displayed on the order page represents the final payable price, which already includes:

  • Product price

  • Shipping fees

  • Customs duties

  • Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST, 10%)

No additional mandatory fees will be charged after order confirmation beyond those disclosed at checkout.

Current shipping fee structure:

  • Orders valued between A$0.01 and A$59.99: flat shipping fee of A$5.99

  • Orders valued at A$60 or above: free shipping

Order Acceptance and Processing Time

Orders enter the processing stage once payment has been successfully completed and system verification is confirmed.

Processing time is calculated based on Australian business hours (8:00–18:00):

  • Orders paid and confirmed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day

  • Orders paid after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day

  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed starting from the next business day

Dispatch Preparation

Once an order enters the processing stage, dispatch preparation typically takes 1–3 business days.

This stage may include inventory verification, product inspection, packaging, generation of logistics information, and carrier arrangement.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is generally 3–10 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, or peak logistics periods.

Carrier Arrangement

Shipping carriers are selected based on the delivery address and current logistics conditions.

Commonly used carriers include DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Final carrier details will be confirmed at the time of shipment.
